Return policy

Upon receiving the product, please make sure that the delivered goods correspond to the order You've placed.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it within 14 days, in accordance with the regulations of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No. 255 "Regulations Regarding Distance Contracts" (20.05.2014.).

1. You have the right to refuse the product within 14 (fourteen) days without giving a reason.
2. To use the right of refusal, you must notify us of your decision to refuse by sending a letter by post or e-mail - postal address of SIA "NOOK" Noliktavu iela 10 , Rēzekne, LV-4604, e-mail address: veikals@nook.lv.
3. If you refuse the product, we will refund the payment received from you, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs if you have chosen the delivery method , which is not the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), no later than 14 days from the day we received information about your decision to refuse the product. We can withhold the refund until the product has been received back and the product's technical and visual condition has been assessed.
4. The product must be returned or delivered to us - Noliktavu iela 10, Rēzekne, LV-4604 no later than 14 days from the day you informed us about your decision to refuse the goods.
5. You are only responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods, if the goods were not used to determine the type, characteristics and operation of these goods, but for other purposes. Therefore, please note that during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal, you have the right to use the product to the extent necessary for testing the product (to the same extent as you could do before purchasing the product in a regular store). By using the right of withdrawal, the consumer is responsible for the use of the product that exceeds the intended purpose of testing the product, for the use of the product during the period of use of the right of refusal, which is incompatible with the principle of good faith, as well as for the decrease in the value, quality and safety of the product.
6. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the period of exercising the right of withdrawal (including the original purchase documents, complete and perfect preservation of the packaging).

SIA "NOOK" reserves the right to refuse the buyer to exercise the right of withdrawal or withhold a compensation fee in case the product is worn and/or damaged, if it is not in its original packaging, or its packaging is significantly damaged (except when it is impossible for the consumer to open the packaging without damaging it) in order to protect the product from damage or deterioration.

In case of exercising the right of refusal, the buyer must deliver or send the goods to the Seller's address, together with a document confirming the purchase, a refusal application / form (download).
